Ingredients For Healthy veg fingers Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the poha and wash them and keep it covered for 5-7 minutes.
  • 2. Now take a bowl and put poha, curd, semolina and 1/2 cup water in it. Then give it a nice mix and then cover it for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Now put it in the mixer and grind it nicely.
  • 4. Now add all the ingredients in it. Now grease one pot and put the mixture in it. And let steam it for 15-20 minutes
  • 5. Then after that let it cool down and after that cut it in your desired shape and put in the icecream sticks in the shape.
  • 6. Now take a fry pan and put oil in it and heat it. And then add mustard seeds and sesame in it. After that sauté the veg fingers in it.
  • 7. Yummy Healthy Veg Fingers are ready.
