Ingredients For Instant Ragi Dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix it well.
  • 2. Add water as per needed, make a lump free thin batter. Keep it aside to rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • 3. On medium hot greased tawa pour 1 big spoon of the mixture. Spread it in round motion.
  • 4. Sprinkle some oil on the top and the sides of the dosa, cook it until it’s both the sides become golden and crisp.
  • 5. Serve it with coconut chutney.
