Ingredients For Instant Rawa Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixer jar add all the ingredients of chutney. Blend it . If required add water.Transfer it in a bowl.
  • 2. Heat oil in a tadka pan. Add mustard seeds and dry red chilli. Fry it for seconds.
  • 3. Add this tadka into chutney. Keep it in refrigerator.
  • 4. Idli:-
  • 5. In a mixing bowl add rawa, curd, salt and some water to make idli like batter. Mix it well. Keep aside for 20-25 minutes. Check the consistency. Add more water if required.
  • 6. Grease the idli mould with oil. Once the steamer is ready, add baking soda to the idli batter and mix gently. The idli batter will turn frothy immediately, pour in a ladle full of the prepared batter.
  • 7. Place the idli stand inside the steamer and Cook it for 12 minutes at medium high flame.
  • 8. Let it cool. After that di mould it.
  • 9. Serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
