Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl sieve both the flours. add every thing except oil.
  • 2. Make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water little by little.
  • 3. Heat a non stick tawa. Grease with little oil.
  • 4. Pour a ladleful of the batter on tawa. Spread and cook on low to medium flame .
  • 5. Cook from both the sides till golden brown.
  • 6. Serve the chilas hot with sauce or any chutney of your oen choice.
