Take 1 bowl and put Jowar flour , semolina , curd then mix well then add water into it add salt into it and rest it for 15 minutes. Then add eno into it.

Then grease idli frame with oil and add paste into it.

Then put a steel pot on the stove and open the flame at mideam then put water into it for boiling. Then put the idli frame into the steel it. Cook it covered on low flame 15 minutes.

Then take it out and serve with whatever you want.
