Methods
  • 1. Take cumin seeds, garlic cloves, ginger and green chillies together and blend to make a coarse paste.
  • 2. Beat Dahi in a large bowl until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  • 3. Add Besan, turmeric and salt in it and mix it well.
  • 4. Saute green chilli, curry leaves and hing and add ginger garlic paste in it.
  • 5. Add the besan-dahi mixture in it and let it simmer.
  • 6. Serve it hot along with boiled rice.
