Ingredients For Kaju karele ki sabji recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, at its sharp edge rubb the karela skin to make karela skinless
  • 2. Then cut the karela , slit it , remove the inner portion of karela with knife
  • 3. Now sprinkle salt on this karela leave it aside after rubbing it for half hour
  • 4. Now squeeze the karela ,then remove excess water from it ,sprinkle besan ka atta on this
  • 5. Deep fry this karela in hot oil till crispy
  • 6. Take it out
  • 7. Cut kaju to half and deep fry it till golden take them out
  • 8. In a bowl, prepare masala,dessicated coconut ,jaggery,red chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,aamchur,peanuts crushed ,salt to taste,coriander leaves mix well
  • 9. In a pan, take 2 tbsp oil ,temper it with jeera ,white sesame seeds,add green chili paste and ginger ,stir it
  • 10. Then add fried karelas to it stir for 2 minutes
  • 11. Then add prepared masala to it
  • 12. Add 3 tbsp water mix well
  • 13. Add friend kajus to it mix well
  • 14. Cook sabji for 2 minutes,garnish it with coriander leaves
  • 15. Sabji is ready
