Recipe Notes
1. the butter should be at room temperature , 2. do not knead the dough like a chapatti dough, it should bemade with light hands , 3. If you dont have custard powder you can use corn flour instead.
1.
In a bowl add butter ( The butter should be add room temperature) and icing sugar . Mix both of them and start creaming ( A process of mixing both butter and sugar together will its colour changes ). creaming can be done with hand , hand blender , or whisk .

Cream both butter and sugar till it becomes whitish and fluffy.

in another bowl add all purpose four , cashew powder , chopped cashew , tutti fruity , milk powder , vanilla custard powder and baking powder.

Add pineapple essence and cardamom powder to the butter and sugar mix.
5.
Mix the flour and the butter mix and make a dough using a spatula.
6.
Roll the dough into 1/4 inch thickness and cut in desired shapes. sprinkle some tutti fruity on the top.
7.
Arrange the cut pieces in a baking tray and keep it in fridge for 30 minutes.
8.
Bake it in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till the base becomes light brown.
