Ingredients For Kesar Pista Matka Kulfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind cashews, almonds, pistachios and bread pieces in a mixer jar into a fine powder.
  • 2. Boil milk and add this mixture, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Add sugar and mix well.
  • 4. Now add cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp water.
  • 5. Add cardamom powder and saffron strands.
  • 6. Mix well and switch off the heat, let it cool.
  • 7. When it cools down, fill into small size matkas. Garnish with chopped pistachios and saffron strands.
  • 8. Cover with aluminum foil and Keep in freezer for 6 hours.
  • 9. After 6-7 hours take out from fridge and Enjoy kesar pista matka kulfi.
