Fry moong dal well in ghee. Now take down the pressure cooker with the same amount of water and moong dal, with 2 whistles. Now put the cooked pulses in the pan. If there is any lump, massage it well. Stir one by one with sugar, condensed milk, khoya kheer, saffron.

When it becomes thick, spread rose water and take it down.
