Methods
  • 1. Fry moong dal well in ghee. Now take down the pressure cooker with the same amount of water and moong dal, with 2 whistles. Now put the cooked pulses in the pan. If there is any lump, massage it well. Stir one by one with sugar, condensed milk, khoya kheer, saffron.
  • 2. When it becomes thick, spread rose water and take it down.
  • 3. You can use nuts and raisins if you want.
