Mix the sooji n gram flour.add salt;lemon juice;sugar; asafoetida; turmeric and water and make a thik batter.

Put to take rest for 15 minutes.

Take a frying pan .heat this and put a stand in this and pour water.

Take a cake pan and greese from oil.fill this with batter and put this in frying pan.cook for 10 minutes in high flame.

Aftee cooling down.remove this from tin.

In a frying pan take 1 spoon oil.add some curry leaves n maustard seed.add water ; sugar ; salt ; green chilli n lemon juice.cook for 5 minutes.after 10 minutes pour this water on dhokla .
