Koraisutir Kochuri ( Green Peas Kachori) & Dum Aloo is a winter special Bengali delicacy . I have made it for Santa. Koraisutir Kochuri is none other than spicy peas stuffed kachori. It always serve with No onion, No garlic Alur dom. This Christmas make our Indian delicacy for Santa.

Ingredients For Koraisutir Kachuri And Dum Aloo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first, take all purpose flour in a bowl. Add salt, 1tbspn oil and little water. Make a dough of it.Cover it and keep aside.
  • 2. In a mixing jar, take peas, green chilli, fennel seeds and grated ginger. Make a paste of it.
  • 3. Add 1tbspn oil in a pan and fry the paste adding little salt.
  • 4. Stuffing is ready. Keep aside.
  • 5. In a bowl take curd, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well.
  • 6. Heat oil and slightly fry the boiled potatoes. Take out from pan then.
  • 7. Add spicy curd mixture in the same oil and fry it for few minutes.
  • 8. Add potatoes in it and cook it for few minutes. Add little water then and cook it few more minutes.
  • 9. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and Dum Aloo is ready now.
  • 10. Now take a little portion from maida dough & roll it. Put 1tbspn peas mixture in it and cover it well. Again roll it.
  • 11. Now heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry the kachoris.
  • 12. Koraisutir kochuri and dum aloo is ready to serve.
