Methods
  • 1. Take a vessel add 1glass of water into it and start boiling it. Then add spinach into water and boil for 5 minutes.
  • 2. When spinach water cools down make paste of it with boiled water.
  • 3. Take a pan turn on gas add 2 spoon oil .when oil gets heated add onion, garlic,ginger and fry for 2 minutes
  • 4. Then add spinach paste with red chilli, turmeric powder and chopped green chili and fry for 3-4 minutes. After this turn off gas add 2 spoon lemon juice and Salt according to taste mix well.
  • 5. Now for tempering heat butter and add Asafotida, garlic clove, Red dry chili and pour the Lahsooni Palak. Garnish with white seeds is as per your choice.
