Methods
  • 1. Wash the lapsi and toor dal and keep.Now add the veggies Curry leaves chilli powder turmeric powder and bisibelabath powder and jaggery.
  • 2. Pour 4 glasses of water mix and keep for four whistles.
  • 3. Add oil in Kadhai add the mustard seeds then sautĂ© the finely chopped coconut then add tamarind extract and boil for two mins. Now once the pressure cools down add this tadka and cook for five mins on slow flame. Serve with raita of your choice .
