Ingredients For Leftover Barfi Chasni Wali Gujia Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make a normal dough with maida,salt,water and ghee.
  • 2. Cover and rest it for 15 minute.
  • 3. For stuffing crumble barfi and cook it for 2 minute add dessicated coconut,chopped nuts, cardamom powder.
  • 4. Cool down the stuffing and add more nuts and dessicated coconut,fennel seeds.
  • 5. Make a sugar syrup with sugar,water,saffron strings cook it for 5-7minute.
  • 6. Make thick like honey sugar syrup.
  • 7. Make a small chapati of dough fill with stuffing and make gujia shape or as you like the shape.
  • 8. Deep fry and dip in the sugar syrup for 30 seconds..
  • 9. Garnish with chopped nuts,dessicated coconut
  • 10. Ready to Serve.
