Take the mangoes peel and cut into roughly pieces. Add into a blending jar. Add sugar and make a smooth purée.

Add curd and blend it again. Add milk and fresh cream. Blend it well until all ingredients mix well and get a creamy texture.

Add ice cubes or chill into the freeze. Serve in glasses, add rich layer of soaked chia seeds and chopped dry fruits of your choice. And enjoy this summer mango Chia Lassi... Tasty bhi healthy bhi.
