Ingredients For Mango walnuts halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel mango and chopped in small pieces. Grind in grinder and make smooth puree.
  • 2. In a pan roast walnuts on Low flame. After roasting chopped them in small pieces.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a pan and add semolina and wheat flour. Start roasting on medium flame. Keep roasting until a good aroma comes out.
  • 4. Now add mango puree and sugar and stir quickly. Add warm water And stir continueosly to Avoid lumps.
  • 5. Add roasted walnuts . Cook till ghee separates. Remove from heat and serve hot garnish with some chopped walnuts and mango pieces.
