Grate paneer and cheese in a bowl. Add salt,green chillies,oregano and chillo flakes to them. Keep it aside

Take finely chopped cabbage,carrot and capsicum in a bowl. Add salt in them. Remove the water of the veggie or else you'll get a soggy sandwich.

Take 3 big spoons of mayo and 2spoons of green chutney in a bowl and mix well. Add the veggies to it and combine well.

Now take two slices of bread. Spread the veggie mixture on it. Now add the paneer mixture and cover it with another bread.

Heat a tawa. Keep it on sim. Add oil/butter and keep the sanwich on tawa. Keep a plate and some weight on samdwich. After 2 mins flip it by applying oil on the other side as well.

Allow it to cook and serve hot sith tomato ketchup
