  • 1. In a heavy bottom wok, roast Dalia on low flame.
  • 2. Add milk to this roasted Dalia. Put the flame on medium.
  • 3. After one boil, cook it on low flame.
  • 4. Cook the mixture till Dalia reaches the desired consistently.
  • 5. Add chopped nuts and sugar.
  • 6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot or cold according to your own Choice.Garnish with chopped almonds.
