Patanjali Dalia
I must have a bowl of Dalia every alternate day. I like to eat sweet milk Dalia and dalia khichdi as my morning meal. It provides me essential nutrients and I feel energetic throughout the day. It gives me a feeling of fullness. Dalia is a rich source of proteins and I am looking to gain muscle mass, so I include dalia in my diet.

Patanjali dalia is made from raw, broken coarse wheat. It contains essential fiber. It can be made as both, sweet or salty, recipes.

Patanjali dalia
My mother used to cook dalia in various ways like dalia upma with veggies overloaded, sweet dalia or plain dalia that we eat with tadke vaali daal. The texture of Patanjali dalia is good but I don’t have a very good experience with it. I bought it two times but both the times when I open the packet a typical smell came out . When seen the expiry date , two months still remained to get it expired. After that I never purchased it and silently switched to other brands.
