Ingredients For Milk cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan on high flame. Add the suger and lemon juice and continue to cook.
  • 2. You see that milk become Curdle. Stir continuously.
  • 3. When the milk become grainy and begain to thicken add the ghee and cardamom powder. Mix well and continue to cook.
  • 4. When the milk begain to leaves the sides of the pan , transfer the mixture in greased plate and cover it with another plate. Set aside for 5-6 hours.
  • 5. During this time it will be continue to cook and the middle layer will become light brown in color. After 5-6 hours garnish with Chopped nuts and Cut it in square shape and serve.
