firstly, in a large bowl take all the ingredients and whisk well till the milk powder combines well without any lumps.

Whisk again smooth making sure everything is combined well, transfer the curd mixture to silicon moulds and cover each mould with aluminum foil to prevent water from entering while steaming..

Place the moulds into a steamer with enough water. steam for 15 minutes. Remove the aluminium foil and check if the toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Refrigerate the set yogurt mixture for an hour or till it sets completely. De mould and garnish with peeled almonds, pistachios and rose petals, serve cold.
