Methods
  • 1. Heat pan, add butter and minced garlic. Cook well.
  • 2. Add chopped vegetables. Cook for a minute. Add leftover rice, black pepper and salt to taste.
  • 3. Mix well and cook for couple of minutes. Add mixed herbs.
  • 4. Dish is ready to serve . Garnish with some coriander leaves.
