Soak soya chunks for 1 hour, then remove water and mash it.

Heat ghee in a pan, saute ginger and garlic for few seconds, add chopped green chilli and saute for few seconds.

Add chopped onions and saute till soften, add all spices and salt , then add mashed soya in it, mix well and cook for few minutes. Add water if needed.

When water dries add chopped coriander leaves. Keep aside.

In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt ,knead a soft dough, cover and rest for 10 to minutes

Now roll Puri fill soya keema in middle, apply water at edges and seal it from all four sides.

Heat tava add ghee and shallow fry till done. Serve with ketchup.
