No yeast garlic bread it's make tottaly home made products. My family happy to eat it.. just fill Domino's style.. It's very healthy and yummy too.. Home made products just like white sauce, garlic butter, white butter etc..

Ingredients For No Yeast Garlic Bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Tack a big bowl add wheat flour, Salt, baking powder, baking soda, mixed herbs, sour curd and oil, mix well
  • 2. Add milk in batches and prepare soft dough. Knead for 10min
  • 3. Tack 1/2tsp oil coat on all sides close lid and let it rest for 1hour.
  • 4. Meanwhile we prepare white sauce heat a pan add butter and oil add all purpose flour roast for 2min add milk mix well add salt and cook until thick .turn off flame .and let it cool
  • 5. Check atta and knead again, tuck inside and make a ball, put some flour on platform
  • 6. Roll with a roller pin, keep slightly thick Apply garlic butter leaving edges, spread prepared white sauce. Sprinkles mixed herbs, Chili flakes, Green coriander and boiled corn
  • 7. Apply water on edges, fold and sealed edges apply garlic butter on top ,,sprinkle chili flakes, cut it not deep just make section
  • 8. Place it on baking try and bake preheat oven 160* for 15 min. Check after 15 min bake or not. Ready to eat.. enjoye with white saus. Thank you
