  • 1. I am using 1 cup saffola masala oats. Now take 2 cups of water and add masala oats cook well and make it dry.
  • 2. Beat 2 eggs with adding salt as per taste and 1tsp of black pepper now grease appe pan with oil and add a small portion of cooked oats with the help of spoon.
  • 3. Pour beaten egg on top of the oats ball slightly pick so that egg goes inside also and cover the lid keeping on low flame. Flip and turn to cook other side also and serve this yummy egg and oats appe with adding mayonnaise on top.
