Heat the pan and add 1 tsp butter. Let it melt and then add the onion. When the onion turns translucent add the tomato and capsicum and saute it till it is cooked.

Take out the vegetables and keep it aside.

Break the egg in a bowl, add milk, salt and pepper to it and whisk it.

Add 1 tsp butter in the heated pan and spread it evenly in the pan when it melts. Pour the beaten egg into it.

Add the sauteed vegetables on the egg and fold it like a wrap. Cook the egg properly then take it off the flame.
7.
Garnish it with Coriander and chopped onion if you like onion.
