Ingredients For Paan Kulfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan and add milk in it.
  • 2. Let it boil on a high flame, when the boil comes turn the flame at lowest.
  • 3. Let it cook for 10 minutes, now add sugar and let it cook for another 20 minutes.
  • 4. Now switch off the flame. Let the milk cool at room temperature.
  • 5. Crush the pan candy and mix in the milk along with mouth freshner and pasn leaves.
  • 6. Give a nice stir, pour the mixture in a mould and keep in the freezer.
  • 7. Serve after set.
