Ingredients For PAAN MILK PEDA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and cut betel leaves into small pieces.
  • 2. Grind betel leaves into smooth paste by using water.
  • 3. Filter this paste to remove unground leaves.
  • 4. Heat ghee in a pan.
  • 5. Add betel leaves paste,
  • 6. Add milk powder and rice flour.
  • 7. Keep stirring slowly until everything mix well.
  • 8. Keep stirring until a dough is formed.
  • 9. Switch off the stove & wait for the dough to come down to room temperature.
  • 10. Now grease ur hands with ghee & take a small portion of dough.
  • 11. Make a ball shape & give a slight depression at the centre.
  • 12. Garnish with chopped almonds as shown in the picture.
