Cut onion into sliced n wash spinach then chopped them.

Now tack a pan add butter and add paneer pieces saute for 5min Or till brown. Remove from pan .switch off the flame.

Now tack same pan add chopped spinach,mung dal ,onion and add 5cup of water boiled it till dal is cooked ..Add ginger juice. Once cool down then swiss from strainer.

Grind it add remain stock ,black salt ,black papper ,lemon juice paneer pices . Boiled it 2 min.

Add lemon juice when serve ..imedetly serve in a bowl and enjoye hot soup..
