Ingredients For Palakh Paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut paneer in cubes, Finely chopped ginger, garlic and chilli and make fine paste..
  • 2. Boiled water and added in spinach and boiling it for few minutes..
  • 3. Afterwards put these spinach in cold water and afterwards make fine paste..
  • 4. Boiled tomatoes and remove it skin and make tomatoes paste.
  • 5. Chopped onions and roasted it in little oil for few minutes and make paste it.
  • 6. Heat pan, add oil n butter in it and added chilli ginger garlic paste and saute it, then add onions and tomatoes paste and mix well.
  • 7. Added salt and all spices in it and covered the lid for few minutes..
  • 8. Now added spinach paste and mix well, when reduced oils than add malai or cream in it and stir well, added paneer cubes and served hot with paratha or rice..
