Take a mixing bowl, add gram flour, semolina, rice flour, salt, turmeric and chilli and make a thick cheela-like batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Mash the paneer well. Add onion, salt, coriander leaves, black pepper powder and chaat masala to it.

Check the batter. If it gets thick, add some water.

Heat a non stick tava (griddle), grease it, keep the flame very low. Fill the batter in a big spoon , spread it in circular motions on the tawa.

Turn the flame to medium and cook the cheela till it turns golden brown on both the sides. Put the paneer stuffing in the middle and fold it.
