Chilli Paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese dish where cubes of paneer are cooked in a spicy chinese sauce. Taste great as starter or if served with fried rice or garlic naan.

Cut paneer cube sized and coat it with dry cornflour. keep it aside for 5 minutes

Now shallow fry paneer cubes on pan.

For gravy: heat pan with oil add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute well. then add chopped onion and capsicum and let it cook nicely for 5 mins. then add chilli sauce and soya sauce to it and mix well. now pour 1 bowl of batter of maida and water mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes

Now add fried paneer to it mix well so that it is nicely coated with prepared gravy, cook for 5 minutes and serve hot.
