Ingredients For Papaya Suji Mohonbhog Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the skin and grate papaya. Saive the pulp.
  • 2. Heat ghee and fry almond and cashew. Keep aside.
  • 3. Heat ghee and roast semolina and keep aside.
  • 4. Add papaya pulp in ghee and saute for 10 minutes or till thicker. Add milk and semolina. Stir constantly.
  • 5. When it becomes quite thick add almond, cashew, kismis and suger.
  • 6. Add cardamom powder. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat. Cool completely and serve.
