In VALENTINES week I have made a traditional famous Indian...... SWEET DISH named PATISAPTA. I have made a twist and result is a MAGIC... because generally coconut mixed with Jaggery is used as the stuffed ingredients inside the Patisapta . I have used chocolate inside the Patisapta which is liked by children to aged persons.

Ingredients For PATISAPTA WITH CHOCOLATE STUFFINGS RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Mix maida, rice dust and sooji and then add salt and sugar dust in a bowl.
  • 2. Then pour the milk slowly into the bowl and mix it very well by stirring it continuously.
  • 3. Within a while, a batter of PATISAPTA is made .
  • 4. For making stuffing, heat the pan and add ghee and khoa kheer and stir it continuously.
  • 5. Then add chocolate with it slowly by mixing small pieces and the chocolate is melted .
  • 6. And in this way make a tasty and healthy stuffing and remove it and keep it in a bowl.
  • 7. Heat a non stick flat pan and pour some batter on the pan in such a way that one fine and thin round shaped thing is made.
  • 8. Fry it by pouring some oil on it and then keep some chocolate stuffings in the middle of Patisapta longitudinally.
  • 9. Then roll from one side by covering the stuffing and make a wrapper like thing.
  • 10. In this way make all the PATISAPTA.
