Methods

How to make Patterned ice cream filled Swiss rolls recipe

1. Add butter or oil sugar and egg in a mixer jar, grind to smooth paste.
2. Add maida baking powder and sieve it in a bowl. Now fold it in grinding batter. (for the design)
3. Put about 2/3 of a ladleful of batter into two smaller bowls. Add in cocoa power in one and dark cocoa in the other and mix well. It is for design
4. Leave the rest of the cake batter. Make design.on plane paper.grease parchment paper.put on the designe paper.
5. Put cake batter for the design elements into piping bags and pipe the designs onto cakes. Bake 30 seconds in microwave.
6. Take out of the oven and pour in the main cake batter. Bake for 4minutes in microwave. Take out of the oven and set aside to cool.
7. Spread the chocolate ice cream onto the cakes. Roll it with paper Refrigerate roll for 4 hours.
8. Enjoy Swiss roll.
