Methods
  • 1. First of all pre boil mixed pulses/legumes like peas, chickpeas, whole small mung, rajma beans, and cereal pulses of your choice
  • 2. Now in pan add some oil or butter heat up add tomatoo onion pure along with tasty tale mangolrian ghee paste and saute till oil seperates
  • 3. Now add boiled mixed legumes and water and give it good mix allow to cook for some time
  • 4. Now garnish with some fresh coriander and take in serving bowl add some teekha mitha mix or sev some grated cheese and have it with roasted buns
