Ingredients For Pearl Millet Mathri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add pearl millet, gram flour,semolina , wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, fennal powder, fennal seeds, carom seeds, oil, kasuri methi mix it well.
  • 2. Make a soft dough. Make balls and roll small pooris. Now prick it with knife.
  • 3. In a kadai add oil and deep fry all the pooris. Mathri is ready.
