Combine all the ingredients (gram flour, pearl millet flour, semolina, corn flour, onion , chilli, salt, red chilli powder, coriander, powder, termeric powder, cumin powder, fennel powder) along with 2 tbsp of water in a deep bowl and mix well. Using your hands.

Heat the oil in a deep kadai and drop bajra of the mixture using your fingers.

Few at a time and deep fry till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
4.
Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside. Pakode is ready.
