Do not fry the poha balls on high flame, fry on slow medium flame.

Methods
  • 1. Take poha n grind in a mixture jar to make powder.
  • 2. Now mash the boiled potatoes, add poha powder, add tomato sauce, soya sauce, pepper half the quantity n salt.
  • 3. Mix them well. Add half the quantity of chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli.
  • 4. Mix well, make balls n fry them in oil.
  • 5. Balls r ready, now take a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil n add rest of ginger garlic paste.
  • 6. Saute it, then add chopped onion, tomatoes, all the sauces, salt n pepper. Mix them well, add poha balls. Finally add vinegar.
  • 7. Cook for a while n then serve.
