Chinese food is usually preferred with lots of spices. Without chilies it is incomplete. And me being the chinese lover I want food to be perfect. With this sauce, I don't have to do much. I love its taste and structure it's too good.

Adding spice to foods
Ching's spice sauces are my personal favourite when it comes to right taste and consistency. I use it to serve with fried pakodas, while making noodles and fried rice and even as a spread along with cheese and vegetables in sandwiches sometimes. The taste is amazing. I also like the packaging of this product, so easy to store and use.

Amazing
This green chilli sauce works perfect as a marinate and a topping. This product is perfectly hot but for those who like things extra spicy may not be satisfied with it.

Ching's Secret is one of my favorite brands for Chinese gravy mix and sauces .I have been using it since long and it never disappoints me.

Green chilli sauce
Chings secret Green chilli sauce is good in quality. Salt percentage is less when compared to other chilli sauses. Flavor is green chilli and packaging is good as it is in plastic bottle.
