First of all wash the poha, add little water and soak it for 5 minutes.

Take boiled potatoes, mash them well and squeeze out all the water from the soaked poha, now add mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green coriander leaves, green chilies and add dry spices and bread crumbs in the poha and mix. Make a dough.

Now make small balls and give it a round shape, now heat oil in a pan and put cutlets in it. Fry it on low flame till it becomes golden.
4.
When the cutlets turn light golden, take them out and serve them with green chutney or sauce.
