Ingredients For Poha Cheese ball Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add corn flour and 3-4 tsp water to make thick slurry.
  • 2. Take a plate.Mash boiled potatoes, soaked poha. Add capsicum,black pepper powder,salt,red chilli powder and 3 tsp bread crumbs. Mix it well.
  • 3. Take small portion of potato mixture, make flatten ball.Put one small cube of cheese in it. Cover it with potato mixture, and make ball.
  • 4. Dip this ball in slurry.Coat it with bread crumbs. Make all the balls with same manner. Keep it in a refrigerator to set for 20 minutes.
  • 5. Heat oil in a wok on low medium flame deep fry the balls. Fry only 2-3 balls in each batch.Do not touch the balls again and again.
  • 6. Fry it until it becomes golden and crispy.
