Methods
  • 1. First, cut the potato and carrot into small pieces and wash and clean the poha.
  • 2. This time add oil to the pan and leave the chopped onion and add potato and carrot one by one. Add salt and turmeric.
  • 3. Now add poha when onion, potato and carrot are fried well. Shake and mix well.
  • 4. Sprinkle lemon juice and coriander leaves on top and serve.
