Ingredients For Potato Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel and grate potatoes and wash them then add semolina and curd.
  • 2. To make a thick batter by adding salt and water.
  • 3. Now heat the oil in a pan and make the tadka and mix it in the semolina mixture and add baking soda and mix well.
  • 4. Then put it in the idli mold and cook it in steam.
  • 5. Serve with peanut chutney.
