Ingredients For Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of pakora. Gradually add water and make pakoda batter. On medium heat deep fry all the pakoras.
  • 2. Take a bowl add curd, gram flour, salt and turmeric powder . Mix it well. Add 2 glass water.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, kalonji, fenugreek and hing. Saute for few seconds.
  • 4. Add chopped onion, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste. Saute for few minutes. Add red chilli powder
  • 5. Add curd-besan mixture in it. Stir continuesly. Give it to boil on medium- high flame.
  • 6. Turn off the flame low medium. Cook it until it becomes little thick.
  • 7. Add pakoda. Turn off the flame. Mix chopped coriander leaves.
