Ingredients For Ragi canapes with mustard and scrambled egg topping Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add whisked egg mixture and let it cook for 30 seconds. Scramble it and stir it till it gets cooked.
  • 3. Remove from the flame and keep it aside to cool. Once cooled, add mustard sauce, spring onion and grated cheese. Mix well.
  • 4. Take a plate and spread few ragi base. Top it with egg mixture. Serve immediately.
