In a mixing bowl take maida, Ragi , salt altogether and knead a smooth dough.Keep the dough aside to rest for 10 minutes then again knead it for 10 to 15 minutes

On other hand in a pan heat oil add grated garlic and saute for 1 minute.Then add mushroom corns and spinach and saute them until mushroom gets soft.

Now add seasoning into the pan and mix everything well .Switch off the flame and and grated mozzarella cheese into the stuffing mix

Now take the dough and roll thin sheet outfit with the help of a cookie cutter cut the desired shape for ravioli

Put one tablespoon of the stuffings on one sheet and cover it with another shapeSeal the edges with the help of a fork

Now in boiling hot water boil all the prepared ravioli until they start floating in the water
7.
Ravioli are ready toss them in your favourite pasta sauce and enjoy
