Ingredients For Rajgiri atta ke dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add Rajgira Atta, sooji, an curds mix it nicely so that no lumps r found
  • 2. Then add salt, turmeric pd, ginger chilli paste, oil an mix well
  • 3. Then add eno soda an mix well cover it fr 15 minutes
  • 4. Then in a kadai fill water bring it to a boil . Then in another plate grease it with oil
  • 5. Then pour the mixture an tap it fr sometime, then steam it fr 7to8 minutes
  • 6. Once done remove it too cool . Then in another kadai add oil, fry hing, mustard seeds, jeera, urad dal, curry leaves, let it crackle.
  • 7. Then pour it on top of the mixture an garnish with chopped coriander leaves
