Heat a saucepan on medium flame Add milk , water and sugar . Stir and let it boil till sugar dissolves completely . Keep aside . Heat ghee in a pan on low medium flame . Once the ghee is hot add rajgira flour and roast it . Stir it continuously . Roast the flour for 5-8 minutes or till it gets brown in colour . Once flour is roasted nicely . Add in the milk and sugar mixture . Mix well immediately .

Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 1-2 minutes or till all the moisture evaporates and ghee starts to ooze out from the sides. Add in the cardamom powder and chopped nuts . Mix well.Switch off the flame. Remove the pudding to a serving bowl . Garnish with some more chopped nuts and serve hot .
